About Multiply the Mission

Multiply the Mission was born behind a church office desk, not in a boardroom.

I’m a church secretary who has spent over 24 years serving, praying, and witnessing firsthand the joys and heartbreaks that happen within the walls of ministry. I’ve seen what works, what burns people out, what brings healing, and what causes churches to slowly lose their way. Through it all, I’ve held on to one belief. The mission is still worth multiplying.

This work didn’t begin with a platform or a title. It grew out of everyday ministry. Learning names, answering phones, supporting leaders, loving people, and carrying the unseen weight that comes with church life. It was shaped by real experiences, real people, and a deep love for the Church.

Multiply the Mission exists to encourage churches to grow, heal, and serve with purpose. 

Through practical tools, thoughtful resources, and honest conversations, the goal is to help leaders and teams build healthier church cultures rooted in integrity, compassion, and faith.
